Miller & Tong, LLP’s predecessor firm, McKague & Tong, was founded in 2000. Miller & Tong provides legal services to construction and design professionals throughout the State of California from our offices in San Francisco and Sacramento. Our clients include general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, property owners, sureties and design professionals. We provide our clients with a full range of legal services encompassing the entire spectrum of pre-construction to post-construction problems, as well as general corporate and business matters and advice, both to principals and their sureties.We routinely assist our clients in the defense of construction defect, mold and other real property litigation, warranty disputes, and statutory payment issues such as mechanics’ liens, stop notices, and public and private bonds. In addition, we advise our clients on State Contractors’ License Board and insurance issues.
